Accountabilities

•Implement best in class solution for supply chain partner management.

•Execute with a strong focus on cold chain management and timely and correct transportation of Company's shipments.

•Establish and maintain an external and internal network enabling GTX to advance on priorities and key initiatives.

•Document and maintain procedures relating to transportation and cold chain for the effective transportation of Company's products from source to customer.

•Apply Continuous improvement principles while designing, implementing and sustaining distribution solutions with focus on cold chain

•Implement best in class solution for supply chain partner management.

Responsibilities

•Ensure supply, meet service levels and stay within budget in a GDP compliant way.

•Develop, select and implement transportation and cold chain solutions in the Company's Supply chain with direction of manager

•Perform regular performance and business reviews with supply chain partners on current business, \ escalations, reporting and improvements.

•Support internal stakeholders in escalating issues to supply chain partners by maintaining excellent relationships with third parties on appropriate management level.

•Maintain and manage agreements with supply chain partners.

•Showcase continuous improvement mindset to identify savings and other efficiency opportunities and drive results to finish line while improving quality, performance and compliance.

•Assess implications of emerging trends or country legislation changes that may affect current distribution solution and cold chain practices

•Build internal network within sites and corporate functions and participate in projects to achieve results in line with GTX priorities and key initiatives.

•Plan, build and manage distribution lanes for the region

Minimum Requirements

•Master degree or equivalent related to Supply Chain/Logistics, Change Management or Industrial Engineering & 2 years of directly related experience

•5+ years experience in the logistics industry, in a role of supplier management

•Supply chain, cold chain and transportation expertise

•Solid experience in project management across departments and geographies

•Experience managing suppliers and improving processes

•Quick process understanding, insight and visualizing

•Fluent in English, both in verbal and written communication-other

•Strong analytical skills (incl. MS Excel) and ability to distill insights

•Independent self-starter, able to work autonomously, under pressure and in teams

•Natural relationship builder in which employer’s interests prevail: be soft and on the relationship when possible and be tough when needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Human Resource in all daily tasks and matters in the Human Resource Department.

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and orientation, training, payroll and IR8A submission, work pass and Man Year Entitlement application, dormitory arrangement, incident reporting, medical, insurance and work injury claims, employee profiles and leave management, overseas deployment, promotions and resignations.

• Coordinate with Operations Department in project executions, including fulfilling manpower requirements, site registrations, inductions, swab test registration.
