• Plan and manage consolidation boxes for overseas shipments.
• Arrange and coordinate deliveries and pickups with all relevant parties, including logistics and warehouse teams.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and oversee accurate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Permits, and Certificates of Origin.
• Handle and declare all types of import/export permits.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company protocols.

Customer & Stakeholder Communication

• Liaise with customers, co-loaders, and overseas agents for shipment arrangements and issue resolution.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with shipping vendors, carriers, and hauliers.

Monitoring & Improvement

• Use and oversee systems to monitor shipments, billing, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and prompt updates.
• Identify opportunities to optimize shipping efficiency and reduce costs.
• Resolve shipping, transportation, or documentation issues to maintain service standards.

Other Duties

• Provide support for ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by management.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or freight consolidation (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Duties and Responsibilities

• To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations

• Liaise with customers or vendors related to procurement and administrative requirements
