• Manage and allocate company’s fleet of vehicles and machinery to support operations, and at the same time ensure that fleet is well maintained through timely servicing, inspections, appropriate repairs, etc,.

• As part of a Surveyors duties, ensure to conduct thorough inspection after the cleaning, repaired and testing completed.
• Surveyors must thoroughly inspect the Tank Containers and raised estimates after the cleaning completed.
• Surveyors must report to the supervisor on all documentation of ISO Tank containers before sending to customers
• Surveyors will conduct Pre/Post inspection, if require by Customers. (Before Repair and After Repaired)
• As a surveyors must obtain instruction from the Supervisor.
• Surveyors must inform the Side Lifter Drivers to shift the Tank Containers into the
• workshop area for repair when Customers given the approval to repair.
• Surveyors must hand over the approved estimates to the Repairer Supervisor afterthe tank containers shifted into the repair bay.

We are in the hunt for a highly driven and motivated Assistant Logistics Supervisor (Rider) to join our highly talented team in a fast-growing startup at the early stages of growth

Job Description: An Assistant Logistics Supervisor (Rider) is responsible for supporting the Logistics Supervisor (Rider) in managing the team of riders as well as function as a rider which includes efficiently transporting goods and packages from one location to another using motorcycle. This role requires strong time management skills, able to work in a structured team environment, able to work under pressure and the ability to navigate through traffic and various terrains. Most importantly, strong customer service, there will be high degree of engagement with customers and what we deliver is quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor (Rider), your job responsibilities include but not limited to:

1) Supporting Logistics Supervisor in managing the team of riders.

2) Supporting Logistics Supervisor with job assignment and route allocation.

3) Supporting Logistics Supervisor with resolving any manpower issues.

4) Stepping in as a Leader in the absence of Logistics Supervisor.

5) This role will also be required to double as a rider (approximately 30% Supervisor, 70% rider)

6) Island wide collection and delivery of small parcels / documents / medications.

7) Daily reporting to office in Tuas for day briefing and job assignment.

8) Route planning for assigned jobs for the day

9) Our areas are usually clustered, but clusters will be rotated around from time to time.

10) Working Hours

a. Mon to Friday – 9.15am to 6.30pm

b. Saturday – 1.30pm to 5.00pm

c. Sunday/PH – 9.15am to 1pm (rotation basis)
*Sunday/PH is rotated around, if you are tasked to work, a replacement off day will be provided within that week.

11) Any other duties assigned.

Requirements

1) Possess Class 2B valid driving license.

2) Possess own motorbike with box.

3) Valid commercial motorcycle insurance.

4) Familiar with Singapore road.

5) Familiar with using mobile application for job assignment, POD etc.

6) MUST be able to communicate (both written and spoken) in English as this role will be required to interface with clients.

7) MUST be able to work comfortably with digital solutions, software, applications, platforms as we are completely digital and do not use any pen and paper for any job assignments.

8) Customer service oriented, good working attitude, interpersonal and communication skills.

9) Collaborative mindset that can excel in a structured team environment.
