Responsible for the establishment of a functional Healthcare Industry Vertical organization within South Asia Ocean setting up and implement a regional Healthcare strategy that will lead to business growth in close cooperation with the Business Units.

• Create Yusen South Asia Ocean Healthcare development strategy, with alignment to Yusen’s Global Healthcare strategy, and Yusen Global Headquarter product development direction with the end result to grow the Healthcare Sales Revenue within SAO

Shipping / Documentation Officer

About the Role

As a part time logistics assistant, you will be assisting the company to liaise primarily between suppliers and freight forwarding companies in Singapore and Philippines to ensure smooth export deliveries. Your job scope include;

• Doing data entry and assisting to update reports (when necessary)
• Assisting to order stock from suppliers, organizing for delivery dates and be present to receive deliveries
• Inspecting stock upon delivery, sorting, packing, arranging, and labeling stock and cargo boxes for export delivery
• Assisting to liaise with freight forwarding companies for collection and be present to handover items for export during collection.
• Follow up on status of shipment arrangement until smooth delivery to final destination (Philippines).
• Assist to keep track of shipment documents, invoices, receipts for Finance team's reconciliation.
• Helping to upkeep office housekeeping, stationeries, office equipment stock.
• Welcome and greet clients should they visit the office.
• General ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

• Permanent part time position
• Singaporeans or PR only
• Female preferred due to primary female working environment
• Ability to speak Malay
• Minimum ‘O’ levels or NITEC
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel, and word
• You will be required to work on your own devices such as laptop and mobile phone
• Comfortable with manual/physical duties (no heavy lifting required)
• Committed and positive work attitude, good team player and willing to learn.
• Able to work under pressure and perform OT when required
• Able to commence work immediately or on short notice

Schedule:

• 3 days a week between Mondays to Fridays to be rotated with another part timer.
• 5hours per day between 10am to 6pm.
• OT may be required depending on delivery and freight forwarders' schedule.

Salary:

• $20 per hour
• CPF will be provided by the company

Office Location:

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

• Strategic Material & Stock Coordinating: Play a vital role as team member for internal Sale and Operation to collaborate with PMC , Sales and Product team to ensure stable supply chain and quality .
• Operational Dynamo: Propel efficiency through your involvement in the inbound and outbound logistics, demonstrating an eye for improvement and a knack for problem-solving.
• Customer Success Advocate: Act as a key contributor to our commitment to customer satisfaction, where your efforts in order execution and delivery management result in triumphant customer experiences.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisory or management

• Candidates must possess at least a diploma related to supply chain, logistics, or management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to work both independently and as an effective team member
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English will be advantageous as this role involves liaising with our associates in China
• at least 2 years relevant experience
