Requirements:

• As a member of this team, you know the basic accounting principles and the processes end to end with solid accounting background where you fully understood all your Debit & Credit entries
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels in the organization.
• Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
• Constantly demonstrating pro-activeness and efficiency in enhancing methods and processes
• Good command of English language, written and verbal
• To take ownership of each tasks assigned, being open and down to earth.
• Bachelors in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a solid accounting role

1. Overseeing and ensuring the overall strategic objectives and targets are achieved.

1. Drive annual business planning process and ensure the achievements of sales, cost and profitability targets.
2. Execute corporate sales, directives, develop and implement strategic sales plan.
3. Extensive, manage and develop the network of carriers, vendors and overseas counterparts.
4. Review, implement and enforce changes to operation processes for continuous improvements.
5. Responsible for the optimization of resources and development/management of operational capabilities
6. Improve the quality of the staffs in all aspect to improve their work efficiency and competency
7. Overseeing the staff’s welfare and jobs advancement for their better grown in company.
8. Able to travel for business development.

Job Requirements:

· Min. degree or equivalent qualification.

· Min. 10 year of working experience in a management role. Relevant experience in logistics and e-commerce is an added advantage

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

· Excellent knowledge of logistics will be highly desired

· A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business clients and opportunities

· Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills

· Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups

· Strong networker and relationship builder and highly goal-driven and work well in a fast-paced environment

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin, verbal and written (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.)
