• Involved in end-to-end SAP project implementation
• Gathering and analyzing business stakeholders' requirements
• Preparing the business blueprints
• Designing key business reports and go-live activities
• Leading upgrades, migrations and integrations to third party system
• Managing SAP Project implementation. This includes gap analysis, configuring of SAP Functional Module
• Documenting the solution design and functional gaps
• Preparing the user manuals and providing training to SAP users
• Supporting day-to-day SAP user activities

Requirements

• Bachelors Degreein IT/ Computer
• S/4 Hana knowledge is an advantage
• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Certified SAP Logistics Consultant
• Deep understanding of SAP Functional Modules with hands-on experience
• Minimum 3 End to End Implementation cycles
• Strong integration working experience with other SAP modules
• Handle SAP project design, testing, training implementation
• Has done both support and implementation
• Experience in regional template roll-out
• Strong Business knowledge and ability to interact with business users
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Mandarin language is an added advantage.
• Independent with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
• Overseas travelling may be required depending on project requirements

• Handle full set of accounts. (More than one entity)
• Assist to manage the daily finance and accounting functions of the company and its subsidiaries
• Prepare and ensure timely submission of management reporting statutory reporting
• Deliver key analysis of financial and operational performance including cashflow projections on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, report need to separate each division
• Liaising with banker and responding to any queries, such as Bank guarantee, Notice of Withdraw, Credit Facilities, bank mandate, hire purchase agreement, etc. Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes
• Responsible for quarterly GST reporting, assist to check all company GST report before submission
• Prepare required schedules/report for XBRL filling
• Liaise with the external auditors and tax agents and drive corporate compliance and regulations
• Examine all Suppliers’ contracts, vesting the conditions and determine, record, and perform the lease amortization calculation according to IFRS 116 standards and/or its concession as and when changes made
• Prepare the tax computation for provision of corporate tax and deferred tax liabilities. Prepare the monthly estimated income tax computation including deferred tax, review yearly tax returns prepared by Tax Consultants and follow up with tax consultants on any other tax related enquires
• Prepare all audit document such credit risk, financial report notes, bank covenants working, etc to Group Finance on the deadline given
• Assist to prepare and make sure all agreement and quotation are completed with valid supporting document. Assign and control the account/charge codes to all transactions in the accounting system
• Review weekly debtor list, negotiating payment plans, improving debt collection processes, and maintaining accurate records of financial activity
• Assist to monitor all vehicles Inspection, road tax, insurance, all vehicle cost and expenses
• Monthly vehicle maintenance and repair cost report by each vehicle to monitor and review the cost
• To lead and supervise a Finance team, provide assistance and / or guidance to them in executing their duties
• Review of monthly payroll and claim and recharge to intercompany
• Participation in ad-hoc project, where required

Requirement:

• Min 5-8 years of experience preferable in Logistics industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, or ACCA
• Work Location - Hong Lim / Tuas

Additionally, there will collaboration with other IT professionals and departments to support technology-related projects and initiatives such as automation and simplication of tasks for end users.

Job Description

System Administration:

1. Manage and maintain the organization's internal systems, including servers (on-prem/Cloud), databases, operating systems, applications, PABX/VOIP, Output Management and Mobile Devices.

2. Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware components, ensuring compatibility and adherence to security standards.

3. Monitor system performance, conduct routine audits, and implement proactive measures to optimize system efficiency.

4. Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity and availability.

Technical Support:

1. Provide technical assistance to employees experiencing software, hardware, or network-related issues, both in-person and remotely.

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

3. Respond promptly to support requests, escalate complex issues as needed, and ensure timely resolution of problems.

4. Create and maintain documentation, including knowledge base articles and user guides, to assist employees with common technical issues.

User Account Management:

1. Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights for various systems and applications.

2. Monitor user activity, address security concerns, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

3. Conduct user training sessions to promote awareness and efficient use of internal systems and tools.

System Upgrades and Maintenance:

1. Coordinate and implement system upgrades, patches, and updates in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.

2. Conduct regular system maintenance tasks, such as performance tuning, security hardening, and capacity planning.

3. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance system performance and security.

Collaboration and Project Support:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, to support technology-related projects, initiatives and solutions in general.

2. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new software, hardware, and technology solutions.

3. Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices in accordance with governance and compliance (PDPA, ERM, etc).

4. To be part of the overall company’s Digital Transformation Journey.

Requirements

1. Minimum Higher NITEC in IT, Computer Science with 1 to 2 years of working experiences.
