• Ensure completion of job file with all the required documents and closure of job in TMS.
• Manage and solve issues escalated by relevant Operations Staff.

1) Full-time, working hours 8.30am to 5.30pm Mondays to Fridays, with lunch break.

Responsibilities:

• Understand program dynamics and explore cross-unit business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement projects (CIPs) focusing on workplace safety, automation, process optimization, and productivity gains.
• Engage with customers through improvement projects, operational excellence meetings, and initiatives.
• Promote and sustain LEAN practices such as 6S and root cause analysis to enhance efficiency and eliminate waste.
• Manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with a contract logistics background preferred; Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus.
• Expertise in problem-solving, data analytics, and continuous improvement practices like LEAN, 6S, and Kaizen.
• Proficient in project management, meeting deadlines, and managing diverse expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• General Warehouse Duties, Stock Receiving, Inbound Cargo Inspection, Putaway, Picking & Packing etc.
• Inventory Managment: Stock Counts, Investigate Stock Discrepancies & Non-Conformity Issue.
• Support Container Docking Operation and other assigned duties.
• Preferably with Forklift License/ Reach Truck Operation with Container Stuffing/ Unstuffing Experience.
• Positive Attitude and willing to learn and work in a warehousing environment.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level / ITE / Diploma.
• Must have / possess valid Forklift License.
• At least 2 to 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably non-executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Team Player with good communication and writing skills.
