RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
• Pack and load goods onto vehicle according to standard operating procedures
• Deliver goods to the restaurants according to route and time schedule
• Maintaining ongoing communication with logistics and operations personnel
• Unload goods as per order list
• Keep vehicle clean and ensure it is well-maintained
• Drive safely and follow all laws and regulations of driving to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Adhoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

· Valid Class 3 driving license

· Minimum 1 years’ experience as delivery driver

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A DAILY BASIS?

Your primary objective is to manage + execute all the related activities of process analysis, project management, supporting with documentation + business process modeling in compliance with company standards.

• To provide guidance and enforcement to countries on adopting and executing all globally aligned processes and procedures.
• To participate in strategic projects with management to drive operational excellence organization.
• To drive process improvement, process re-engineering + support the implementation of changed processes.
• To collaborate with other corporate functions to ensure business needs are identified + translated into technical solutions.
• To support the implementation of best practices + methodologies to the major organization stakeholders.
• To support + coordinate near shoring activities to the global shared service centers
• To drive OPEX reductions through adoption of e-solutions, standard processes and compliant tasks allocation.
• To identify knowledge gaps with countries and collaborate with corporate functions to ensure same are closed

Salary: Up to $3200

Working hours: 8am – 5pm

Working days: 5 days' workweek from Mondays to Saturdays with day off on Fridays

Key Responsibilities:

• Business sourcing and Negotiations

Identify and source suitable cargo opportunities in line with company strategy, market trends, and vessel availability. Engage in negotiations with cargo owners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure optimal charter rates and terms.

• Market Analysis and Relationship Building

Stay informed about market trends, supply and demand dynamics, and geopolitical developments that could impact the chartering business. Develop and maintain strong relationships with cargo owners, brokers, and other industry professionals to facilitate successful chartering transactions.

• Contract Management and Risk management

Monitor the execution and performance of voyages and review close accounts.

• Reporting

Provide regular reports and updates on chartering activities, cargo trends, and market insights to senior management.

Requirements：

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Maritime Studies, Business, Economics, etc.)

· Proven experience as a Chartering Manager or Trader in the Panamax segment

· Strong network of contacts within the chartering industry, including cargo owners, shipbrokers, and other stakeholders

· Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to make informed decisions under uncertainty

· Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and risks effectively

· Self-motivated and capable of working independently to source tonnage

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Understanding of international maritime regulations and commercial shipping practices

· Fluent in Chinese & English, in listening, conversing, reading and writing

· Strong preference for a Singaporean or PR

Job Scopes & Responsibilities

• To handle all operational matters for assigned TC / VC vessels from start to completion.
• To ensure voyage instructions are communicated effectively.
• Plan and manage all voyage aspects and requirements including cargo stowage, and cargo operations, agency appointments, prepare LOI and resolve any issues arising.
• Manage port calls and all vessel expenses related to commercial operations.
• Monitor bunkers consumption and speed.
• To perform post-fixture activities such as handling freight invoice, demurrage/despatch and verify port disbursement accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate input into IMOS and company’s software system.
• Other works as assigned by the management.
