What You Will Be Doing

Operational Management

• Supervise and coordinate daily shipping operations to ensure smooth and timely transportation of goods.

Job Description

• Act as backup for GPS monitoring and preparation of GPS report
• Act as backup for CCTV monitoring and preparation of input into the CCTV monitoring reports and coordinate between the operations team
• Attend all other various periodic meetings and audit requirements of all oil majors
• Attend and assist ISO preparation and audits
• Attend all incident investigations and coordinate recommendations, suggestions and closure
• Coordinate and prepare monthly closing reports of all oil majors
• Coordinate and manage all safety meetings, toolbox meetings and other various paperwork
• Coordinate and ensure gap closure arising from various audits
• Ensure up to date keeping of all oil majors, operations and management systems
• Plan, organize and support all company’s safety programme, campaigns and events.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm &

Alt Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm

Responsibilities

• Backup in general administrative and clerical support for other departments
• Leave administration
• Answer, screen and forward phone calls and practice good telephone etiquette
• Ensure prompt submission of reports to relevant departments
• Attend to visitors and prepare meeting rooms and corporate gifts
• Maintain proper filing system of all documentation/records files
• Sorting, filing and keying of Delivery Tickets and Trip Pay from customers
• In charge of operation supplies such as uniforms, accoutrements, stationary, pantry toiletries and etc
• Acquire Suppliers quotations, preparation of Purchase Orders
• Coordinating training for driver & employees
• Managing the Administrative department
• Other duties as assign by HOD

Requirements

• High level of integrity and discretion
• Meticulous
• Fluent in English, which includes the ability to read and write
• Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Working Location: Joo Koon [3 bus stops away from Joo Koon Bus Interchange]

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
