About the role

As a regional account manager, you will ensure the delivery of expected outcomes along with providing high quality services to our FMCG customers. Reporting to the Head of FMCG Vertical in ASPAC, the role is expected to manage, develop and facilitate growth of existing and targeted accounts within the FMCG Vertical.  It will be your responsibility to come up with strategies to develop and/or maintain Bollore’s position with existing and prospective FMCG accounts. 2. Service support

• Determine a tariff policy in conjunction with Middle Office and Regional Sales Management
• Participate in negotiations with suppliers

• Support services or operation sites through advising on relevant SOPs

About the role

- Respond to phone and email enquiries on brokerage- related services

- Prepare and provide various reports in a timely manner to meet customers’ timelines

1. Monthly Reporting

• Import/export shipment report
• Updating warehouse/transport cost
• GIT report
• ASN KPI availability Report
• HS code report
• Inventory report

1. Coordinating on incoming shipments with warehouse/sales team

Job Description & Requirements

• Governance the tender process from pre-bid preparation, tender handling, post-tender analysis
• Managed the assigned tenders by working directly with key stakeholders including but not limited to commercial owners, station pricing team and network partners and P&L owners
• Responsible for bid/RFQ qualification review with commercial owner to identify the business potential of each bid
• Perform conversion between client’s bid template into internal pricing sheet
• Collect rates and service information from the station/country pricing team and network partners
• Perform sanity check on the quality of submission from station pricing team/network partner in terms of rate competitiveness, service level, rate response to client’s feedback
• Submit tender/RFQ via client-appointed platforms/formats in a timely manner
• Communicate tender results and perform analysis to all relevant stakeholder whenever is needed

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Shipping or Logistics Management, or equivalent disciplines is highly preferred
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in country pricing or regional tender team in a sizeable international freight forwarder, experience in airfreight / ocean freight operation, customer service, sales support would be highly preferrable
• Advanced excel skills with strong analytical mindset
• Good command of English in both written and oral
• Detail-oriented with strong business acumen would be an advantage

Job description:

1. Perform warehouse duty of Receiving, checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, repacking and palletizing for both import and export cargo.

2. Ensure proper cargo checking upon receipt and report any irregularity observed to supervisor.

3. Execute daily inbound, inventory management, and outbound operation tasks as per customer's SOP

4. Email communication with customers on service tasks and task status

5. Supervise/be a team lead to a small team including the manpower/work task assignment, leave approver, OJT/SOP coaching

6. Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor from time to time

Job requirements:

1 Minimum secondary education

2. IT literacy including Microsoft outlook, Word and Excel

3. At least 3 years of relevant experience including team supervisory and familar with warehouse operations and processes

4. Competent in using Warehouse Management System (WMS)

5. Possess a valid Forklift License
