Responsibilities:

• Ensure close and prompt action on customers’ shipment arrangements and requirements.
• Co-ordinating and liaising closely with Airlines, Departments, Overseas Agents / Offices and Service Providers on shipment movement.
• Continuously seek alternative solutions or value-add processes to enhance the ongoing services to the Customers.
• Preparing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and / or Service Reports according to Customer’s shipment processes and requirements.
• Ensure Work processes on Customer’s shipment handling requirements are administered and kept up to date.

Requirements:

• Airfreight work experience will be an added advantage
• Good in MS Office – word, excel, PowerPoint
• Possess good customer service attitude and skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attentive to details and having the ability to find solutions to work matters
• Training will be provided for those without experience

• Position : Material Handler cum Logistics (Must Have SAP-MIGO Exp)
• Location : Joo Seng Road (Nearest MRT : Tai Seng MRT - 13 minute walk)
• Working hours : 5 days work week; Monday-Friday, 8.30 -5.30
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Up to $3700 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
• Uses judgment requiring location and storage of items, proper packaging, methods of movement of materials, and release of materials.
• Is knowledgeable of receiving and/or distribution function.
• Prepare goods for outgoing shipment.
• Performs administrative and physical tasks involved in receiving, storing, staging and supplying materials (raw, work-in-process and
• finished goods), parts and supplies to operators
• Prepare goods for shipment to customers
• Be responsible for ordering required materials from outside vendors and offload all deliveries from outside vendors and do goods receipts
• Physically locate the materials in the warehouse and then perform transactions in SAP to locate them in the system
• Is knowledgeable of both inbound and outbound logistics functions
• Be responsible for conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate inventories
• Uses independent judgment in troubleshooting and problem solving under little/no supervision
• Demonstrates the ability to follow established procedures
• Always ensure housekeeping and safety requirement
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in logistics operations lead role
• Previous work experience with the use of material handling equipment (pallet jacket and electric lifter)
• Certification in Dangerous Goods (DG) will be preferred
• Experience in using hand/or electric equipment.
