We are seeking a “Skilled Supply Chain and Logistics Executive” to join our team as a key member, you'll collaborate closely with the APAC Supply Chain Manager and cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, optimize demand, and supply, and oversee order monitoring and logistics activities across the Asia Pacific region. Success in this role requires exceptional analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
This position will be based in Singapore.

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
Order Processing and Fulfillment
· Supporting order processing and fulfillment procedures to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
· Coordinating with internal stakeholders, such as logistics and warehouse teams, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Forecasting and Planning
· Participate in monthly forecasting procedures for APAC countries to predict demand and optimize inventory levels.
· Analyzing sales trends and data to provide insights on future demand.
Communication and Collaboration
· Liaising with HQEU and APAC countries to monitor fulfilled order quantities and address any issues or concerns.
· Collaborating with the Supply Chain Department to coordinate SCM activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Data Management and Analysis
· Maintaining system article numbers and ensuring accuracy in accordance with countries' labels.
· Providing insights on trends, potential stockouts, or overstocks in APAC countries to inform business decisions.
General Responsibilities
· Performing other duties as requested and instructed by the Supply Chain Manager.
· Supporting the Supply Chain Department in achieving its objectives and goals.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferably in Supply Chain.
· Fluent in English business Jargon.
· Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
· Excellent administrative skills.
· Excellent and clear Communication skills.
· Good Analytical Skills (Data and metrics interpretation, Reporting, Troubleshooting, Brainstorming)
· Excellent MS Office knowledge is a prerequisite.
· 3 yrs previous experience in a similar Supply Chain role.
· Ability to think critically based on information.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new situation.
