• Receive shipping documents from factories and process the necessary paperwork for customers.
• Prepare invoices for distributors and group companies.
• Review and submit freight, insurance, and other logistics invoices to the Accounting Department for payment.
• Manage logistics databases and assist in preparing transportation and distribution statistics for analysis.
• Develop a semi-annual budget for freight and insurance, including detailed analysis for approval.
• Oversee monthly order issues and allocation within the region, working closely with Production Planning and Sales teams to optimize supply and demand.
• Coordinate with Group Companies to resolve delivery problems, cargo damages, payment issues, and customer complaints.
• Handle the process of returning goods and managing loss or damage if discrepancies arise.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Shipping and Logistics, Supply chain management and other related studies
• 2-3 years of experience Shipping / logistics, preferably from supply chain, freight and forwarding, transport and warehouse environment
• Preferably with relevant experience in Program Management
• Independent and able to work in a team
• Possess good communication skills and able to interact with all levels
• Good understanding and knowledge in inventory control, planning and procurement
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS office applications

Job Summary

The Production - Executive provides technical guidance to production operations within the manufacturing facilities. He/She is expected to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify technical adjustments that can be made to manufacturing processes in order to improve operational efficiency and quality of the medical products.

The Production - Executive approves batch and log sheets before a batch is passed to the Quality department for release. He is expected to leverage on his technical expertise to contribute significantly to the troubleshooting and optimisation of production processes. Job Responsibilities

Implement materials management procedures

• Provide technical advice on the optimal materials management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maximise efficiency and reduce loss
• Advise on industry best practices and environmental standards in disposal of degraded and contaminated materials

Clean equipment and facilities

• Approve lines for production after intra-product line clearance and cleaning
• Manages investigations with the Quality department if line clearance and cleaning are showing abnormal results

Produce pharmaceutical and nutritional products

• Manages development of SOPs for the calibration and set-up of manufacturing equipment in collaboration with the Quality and Validation department
• Identify technical adjustments that can be made to manufacturing equipment to improve operational efficiency
• Manages troubleshooting of major defects, faults and breakdowns in equipment and system parts
• Approve equipment parameters applied and batch and log sheets

Improve production operations

• Review production workflows to streamline processes
• Devise technical solutions to address bottlenecks, inefficiencies or deviations in production processes
• Assess the technical feasibility of improving production workflows, equipment and systems
• Verify new and improved manufacturing equipment and systems are installed and programmed correctly

Job Requirements

• Working knowledge of GMP or GDP in the healthcare industry
• Experience in GDP and GMP environment
• Proficient in use of MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience
