Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10-15 logistics professionals to ensure high performance
Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and team engagement
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to achieve team objectives
2. Logistics Management:
Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory control, transportation, and warehouse management
Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
3. Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize logistics processes and improve operational efficiency
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in logistics and supply chain operations
4. Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics goals with organizational objectives
5. Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success
Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from established targets
6. Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all logistics operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within the logistics or supply chain industry
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of 10-15 individuals effectively
Strong strategic planning and project management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in logistics software and tools, with strong analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Oversee and check proper loading/ unloading of goods
Liaise with freight forwarders, vendors, and customers for collection and delivery of goods in Singapore and overseas
Tracking of shipments
Ensure smooth execution of daily operational job orders and delivery arrangement
Respond and resolve urgent customer demand in a timely manner
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Minimum GCE “O” level with at least 2 years of related working experience in operations & logistics.
Forklift license is preferred.
