The Customer Service Team Lead (or Manager) is responsible for overseeing the order management process and ensuring exemplary customer service delivery. This role entails managing a team of order management representatives, coordinating with various departments to streamline order processing, manage periodic reporting requirement and enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Respond to email and WhatsApp inquiries
• Liaise with clients
• Handle client accounts
• To operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process customer’s orders for timely and accurate fulfilment
• Evaluate all complete orders to maintain accurate inventory system
• To conduct accurate data entry, for incoming & outgoing stock
• Ensure proper records of client transactions for accurate billing
• Conduct billing for customers
• Scanning & filing of documents
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
• To highlight to supervisor on any problems encountered in the course of their duties
• Comply with company policies and guidelines

• Good time-management skills
• Experience in Logistics line is an added advantage

Working Hours

• 5.5 day work week
• Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Sat: 8.30am – 12.30pm
