The Sports Administrator will oversee the safe running of sport at Dulwich College (Singapore) by organizing the logistics and operations of the sports department, and ensuring that the sports at the College run smoothly and safely.

The main duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• To lead on all Health & Safety requirements, including the written risk assessments and ensuring the sports facilities at the College are safe and in good working order;
• To ensure the annual inspection takes place to keep all equipment safe and operational and liaising with JLL where necessary, to ensure the safe working of all sports equipment and resources;
• To ensure the smooth running of the CCAs, to be on the ground operationally seeing the students are safe and activities are running smoothly and safely;
• To process the CCAs to ensure there is a clear process of allocating the CCAs for the students;
• Ensure that all sports coaches are safeguarded, and appropriate contracts are in place for the safety of the students. • To liaise with the transport company and CCA department to ensure all students have the means to get home safely from CCAs and fixtures;
