Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records, conduct stock checks, and prepare monthly inventory and slow-moving reports.
• Handle shipments, record keeping (photos/videos), and manage goods received and dispatched.
• Input data into SAP, coordinate quality inspections, and organize goods on designated shelves.
• Pick, pack, label, and arrange shipments as per customer requirements, including preparing necessary export and customs documents.
• Communicate with suppliers about defective materials, support production needs, and occasionally deliver goods to customers.

Requirements:

• Process Portnet / Haulier Container System (Fleet Management System).
• Deploy drivers assigned under sector.
• Manage and oversee the team of drivers under your sector.
• Coordinate job assignments – inter-department.
• Handle site operations.
• Comply and meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 for Integrated Management System.
• Ensure achievement of IMS Policy and IMS objectives.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
