Job Description
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage and on-board new cross - border clients (ecommerce & B2B cross border clients)
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including ecommerce platforms, retailers, and logistics partners
- Analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend tailored solutions to drive business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations and customer satisfaction
- Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding market developments, competitor activities and potential risks
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics or related field
- 10 years in business development or sales within the cross border (b2B), ecommerce and fulfilment industry
- Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and expanding client base
- Deep understanding of global logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce industry trends
- Business acumen, negotiation and relationship - building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast - paced, target - driven environment
