Responsiblities

Order Processing:

• Receive and process documentation for local/export sales deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with the head office on all delivery timelines.
• Schedule local deliveries.
• Generate and maintain detailed records of all orders.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Conduct regular stock audits and update inventory records accordingly.
• Report any discrepancies.

Shipping and Receiving:

• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation for outbound shipments.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and ensure accurate documentation.

Communication and Collaborations:

• Maintain open communication channels within the internal team.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure the efficient movement of goods.
• Prepare shipments both in and out of the warehouse.

Safety and Housekeeping:

• Uphold a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Execute all other logistics operations activities as directed by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Attention to details and good organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably familiar with handheld scanner & computerized warehouse system.
• Able to handle physical work and willingness to lift carton manually at times.
• Follow all SOP and company standards and legal regulations to ensure safe and positive work atmosphere

- Provide clerical support to marketing staff by preparing Sales and Purchase contracts, full set of import/export shipping documents based on L/C, Certificate of Origin, Customs/Insurance declaration

- Monthly delivery / sales reports

- Issue payment vouchers, etc.

- Correspond and arrange with suppliers, overseas offices, customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.

- Perform administrative support for marketing staff and guests, help to arrange air ticket reservations, book hotel accommodation.

Job Requirement :

- Diploma / GCE ‘O’ Level or relevant

- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience

- Good knowledge in Import / Export shipping documentation based on LC

- Able to understand the global trade shipping arrangements

- Proficient in MS Office

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Detailed-oriented & meticulous, able to multi-task

- Able to work independently as well as a team player
