We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to our office in Singapore, who can work independently as well as in a team.

As Customer Service Executive, you will have an outgoing and driving role with a broad interface both within the company as well as with customers and suppliers. Your most important task will be to work with domestic and overseas clients including the global organization and provide excellent service for all shipments assigned to you.

The job:

• Manage shipping documentation formalities
• Ensure proper and timely billing / closing of all job files.
• Coordinate day to day operations and transactions for freight forwarding and other related activities
• Manage data entries in-house system

• Print dispatch documents and secures document conformity and correct filing (transit documents, dangerous goods documents, signed unloading lists)
• Coordinates handover of documents to the truck drivers
• Coordination of the tracking, registration and sending of the trackers for seafreight and trucks
• Coordinate’s handover of documents, information flow and correcting the customs docs with forwarding agents, customs broker and truck drivers
• Print dispatch documents and secures document conformity and corrects discrepancies.
• Check’s clearance of Transit Documents on a daily base and keep close contact with Customs and 3rd Party Service provide & ensure constant data flow. Solves issues with customs self-dependent.
• Performs the administrative execution of all the activities related to outbound shipments on a daily basis and update systems associated.
• Esure full compliance for established regulations related to international transportation as; Known Shipper, IMDG, IATA, ARD
