• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in a comprehensive supply chain role, including procurement and logistics management within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong regional logistics experience is essential; experience in direct procurement is preferred but not required.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial agreements and regional logistics management.
• Independent, strong analysis skills and strong team player.

Value Add Skills:

• Experience in managing regional or global projects, such as streamlining or transformation initiatives, cost savings or automation.
• Proficient in applying Kaizen or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or relevant software/systems.
