Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics and customs management within the semiconductor industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor supply chain processes and challenges.

Duties of Logistics Coordinator:

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Update and maintain material movement records in the system and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse and internal departments to align on requirements and priorities.
• Perform timely transactions in the SAP system and archive all related documents.
• Manage the purchase of indirect materials and generate weekly/monthly stock count sheets.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, arrange local deliveries, and handle RMA documentation.
• Maintain departmental safety and cleanliness standards.
