Responsibilities:

• Key-in of all pre-alerts received. (Mawb, BL, Courier waybills and Care-off parties D.O) into Excel list and LMS Software.
• Print all shipment labels.
• Key-in of all received shipments (Update into Excel list and LMS Software).
• Filing all documents into vessel file accordingly.
• Checking / Planning / Prepare / Print of next-day deliveries to the vessel.
• Prepare packing lists for packing.
• Prepare landing permit for boarding officer use.
• Packing / Checking (with the assistance of warehouse staff)
• Ensure all packed shipments are labeled and take photos for proof.
• Updating location details into the Warehouse loading sheet.
• Ensure safe keeping/housekeeping after packing.
• Liaise with all Care-Off parties meeting at the barge terminal. (Loading Details) take out
• Handover next day deliveries files to operations by 1630hrs (daily)
• Assist Logistics Manager for all Outgoing shipments
• Prepare and dispatch courier services shipments.
• Updating Daily Portnet vessel schedule.
• Print GST Permits for submission to Accounts Dept.
• Shipping Advice for all export shipments
• D.O sorting / Handlin petty cash collection from C/O party
• Calling / Receiving Calls from Care-off parties (24hrs)

Requirements:

• Minimum N level / ITC cert
• Minimum 2 years of admin work experience in Logistics
• Certified Customs Declarant advantageous
• Good organization and communication skills
• Ability to write and converse well in English
• Good MS Excel skills
• Able to multi-task and able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment

Handling physical goods receiving, issue, packing, dispatching and fulfill delivery schedules, conduct physical stock check, maintain high standard of cleaniness. Provide support on duties relating to logistics and inventory management. Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials, while ensuring efficient coordination amongst the staff. Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.

Job Description:

- Manage the major baggage handling machines and equipment delivery, receiving and inventory controls.

- Monthly and Weekly reporting comprising analysis of expenditure on materials delivery to the Project Director and/or Project Manager.

- Implement & monitor spare parts management processes and procedures.

- Ensure cleanliness and optimum space management within warehouse and the project site.

- Develop and implement improvements in procedures, inclusive of safety within the warehouse and the project site.

- Supervision of warehouse staff, ensuring their compliance to procedures and processes, and all QA/QC and HSE regulatory requirements.

- Manage upkeep and movement of company vehicles.

- Ensure accuracy and timely updates of records in Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

- Conduct regular physical counts of items in the warehouse to reconcile with CMMS data.

Requirements:

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management / Warehouse Management

- Knowledge of applicable safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and warehouse best practices

- Class 3 driving licence will be beneficial

- Able to respond to emergency situations at short notice

- Good communication skills in English

- Good leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to develop a team.

- Previous experience of at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role in a warehouse/store setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship to the Logistics Analysts in various continuous improvement, sustainability, and ad-hoc customer requested projects
• Facilitate the exchange of ideas within the team and thus enabling the extension of applicable best practices across various Operations
• Define an Operation Excellence program with measurable targets for the Logistics Analysts to work towards
• Identify global projects to set and raise the benchmark of Operational Excellence across all Operations
• Work closely with the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Commercial, Sustainability, and Innovation teams to fine-tune existing processes, generate new solutions, and introduce new technologies to existing Operations and potential clients
• Support the logistics business development team by providing relevant data and insights to existing systems and processes, at the same time aligning the goals of the Operational Excellence program to be in-sync with the business development strategy of the organization

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Masters in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business with a specialization in Operations or Supply Chain Management
• 3 to 5 years relevant working experience
• Strong in data crunching and analysis
• Proficient in LEAN, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement tools
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge in VBA / SQL queries / Microsoft Access / database management structure is a plus
• Comfortable presenting to and communicating with customers and all levels of the organization
• Good interpersonal skills
