Logistics Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Executive I is responsible for the smooth executions all AK Group and External Customers Orders under placed under his/her care. To coordinate and collaborate, monitor and patrol all logistics 3PLs to ensure smooth operation and reliability in the Group’s operation. Resolves and Report day-to-day operation issues or customers complaints if any. Provide guidance to less experienced members of the team. Back-up and assist the Logistics Manager on any other ad-hoc assignments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Handle & process of sales orders based on customer’s requirements

· Perform timely data inputs and updates

· Coordinates Logistics Operation, arrange inventory allocation, monitor and ensure all orders are duly delivered to customer within a stipulated operation turnaround time.

· Liaise on product availability with overseas counterparts, planners, shipment arrangement with 3rd PL, warehouse and customers

· Maximize space utilization for all shipments

· Coordinate claims processing and shipment tracking

· Maintain the required operations turnaround time and provide supporting documents for accurate and timely customer billing

· Receive customer’s complaints or problems, coordinate clients wish and requirements with respective internal departments or 3rd Party Logistics Service providers and finally provide timely proposals and solutions to customers

· Maintain good relationship with customers by ensuring supply reliability

· Perform data updates into logistics to support operation

· Perform Consolidation of orders for Trading Goods

· Back-up fellow team members and provide guidance to lesser experienced members.

· Propose operational improvement if any

· Performs monthly Stock and Order reconciliation and any other documentation required for month end operation.

· Support in Cross-departmental Audits and Documentations relating to Audit Compliance

· Ad-hoc duties (including non-logistics related duties)

Requirements

· Diploma / Degree holder in any field

· At least 3-4 year(s) of relevant working experience

· English Communication Skills – Written & Verbal

· Proficient in MS Office suites

· ISO9001 Internal Audit Certification preferred

· Skilled in SAP/ERP SD and MM modules preferred

· Good inter-personal and communication skills

· Details Orientated

· Ability to work with minimal supervision

Who you are

• Familiar with Singapore street maps and roads
• Dynamic, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Organised, detailed and able to perform in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Google Suite and MS office applications
• Experience in Navision will be a plus
• Able to commit to rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

Role and Responsibilities

This position will be on shifts(day and night) and expected to oversee the day-to-day transport arrangement, vehicle maintenance schedules which includes but not limited to the following:

.Stock inventory control for consumables (update FIFO)

.Incoming and outgoing of raw materials control(store-QA-production)

.Receiving,signing and recording of consumables from external suppliers

.Verify incoming consumables with delivery orders of suppliers

.Submission of doing documents to purchasing departments

.Coordinate and liaise with purchasing for all incomings materials and consumables

.Issue of PPE to new workers

.Perform data entries into ERP-inventory control system

Qualifications and Education Requirements

.At least GCE o'level

.Tertiary education in the logistics discipline will be preferred
