• Serve as main point of contact on daily operations issues, inquiries, and technical support request.
• Guide new customers through the onboarding process.
  Proactively identify potential issues or areas for improvement and take corrective actions to ensure customer’s satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products, services or solutions to customers based on their evolving needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales to deliver tailored solutions and proposals that address customer’s requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Problem solving and provide solutions to customers.
• Seek feedback from customers on their experience and satisfaction levels.
• Encourage satisfied customers to become advocates or references for the company.
• To ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers, and at the same time, constantly evaluating the invoicing process to optimize the efficiency of Accounts Receivable.
• To ensure timely and accurate verification of vendors invoices.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing warehousing, distribution and system processes, as well as digitalization and workflow improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent preferred
• 1 - 2 years' experiences in e-commerce transactions
• Ability to resolve customers' issues and complaints.
• Resilient & committed, independent whilst being able to work in a team.
• Possess good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to the director
• Draft, review, and proofread various documents, including correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Prepare and organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transportation, ensuring a seamless travel experience for the Director.
• Handle and submit expenses and claims for the director.
• Managing director’s personal matters.
• Assist the Directors on confidential documents.
• Liaison with lawyers, consultants and government authorities.
• Maintain contacts information on Outlook
• Assist on preparing and distribution of hampers and gifts to business associates
