Duties

• Establish, update, and uphold the Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015, collaborating with stakeholders to create and revise relevant procedures.
• Track quality trends and performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement within the organization.
• Manage internal and external ISO 9001:2015 certification processes, audits, and compliance to meet all required standards and objectives.
• Communicate quality assurance strategies and processes across the organization through quality programs, training, and awareness initiatives.
• Lead monthly quality review meetings, generate performance reports, and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Participate in customer audits, lead investigations into quality issues, manage supplier onboarding, and address improvement areas based on non-conformities.

Requirements

• Min Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in relevant Quality, Science or Engineering studies.
• Min 3-5 years of working experience in the quality function preferably in chemical, manufacturing, or logistics industry.

JOB SCOPE

Job Responsibilities

• Collect linens and amenities from loading bay and distribute them to pantries of designated floors across the 3 hotel towers in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the established company’s policies and procedures.
• Collect soiled linens from hotel towers including areas such as pool, spa and fitness club.
• Ensure hotel’s pantry amenities are stocked up and replenished accordingly when required.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and order of the linen room.
• Report to Supervisor on any equipment that requires maintenance and repair.
• Ensure lost and found items are properly documented and arrange for them to be returned to guest.
• Perform other duties that are assigned by Supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certification

• Minimum Elementary School Education.

Competencies

• Able to handle heavy loaded trolleys, linens and amenities.
• Able to walk extensively to and fro from the loading bay to the hotel towers.
• Able to work independently.
• Comfortable to work rotating shifts – Morning and afternoon shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Logistics Supervisor/Officer/Section Manager.
• Drive the truck for delivery/unloading of finished goods and collect/loading empty containers at the customer site.
• Drive the truck for material transfers between the company premises and off-site warehouses.
• Ensure proper truck operation and safe, timely delivery of finished goods.
• Assist with delivery/unloading of finished goods and collection/loading of empty containers at/from customer sites.
• Manage traffic control and safety for incoming and outgoing vehicles during shipments and deliveries.
• Maintain proper housekeeping in the warehouse vicinity.
• Assist with warehouse duties when assigned, including:
• • Preparing goods for shipment, including label scanning.
• • Loading/unloading goods from containers.
• • Storing goods on the racking system.
• Drive Prime Mover when possible.
• Adhere strictly to EHS and QMS procedures in all activities.
• Perform any other tasks as instructed by the superior.
