Requirements:

• Minimum a bachelor's degree in Logistics and/or Supply Chain or equivalent
• Has at least 10 years of management and customer service experience

Responsibilities:

Operations Department

• Managing Singapore's local imports and exports as well as global cross-trade shipments related to the tank container business.
• Responsible for system updates, documentation (e.g. invoices, bills of lading, etc.), and operation control.
• Liaise with the internal department, agents, hauliers, depots, freight forwarders, shipping line, shippers, and consignees to ensure smooth shipment until tanks are returned to the assigned destination.
• Undertake other ad hoc duties and initiatives as assigned by the supervisor or as needed for the efficient functioning of operations.

Sales Department

Tank Container Management Department

• Monitor and update the portfolio of tank containers under management assigned, and liaise with the Sales Department for effective tank container movement.
• Liaise with the internal department, agents, customers, hauliers, and depots to ensure proper tank container allocation and smooth release of tank containers.
• Manage tank container EOR Approval and depot invoice verification.
• Support on tank container M&R and depot-related matters.

Requirements:

• Good academic qualifications and demonstrated performance
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Detail-oriented with strong data analytics, reporting, financial literacy, and strong communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office and corporate governance
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines
• A good team player who can collaborate well with various stakeholders globally
• Proactive, self-motivated professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
