• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, drivers and delivery attendants, ensuring adherence to company processes and quality standards
• Continuously improve workflows, ensuring efficiency in route planning, inventory control and space utilisation
• Maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile stock with data storage systems and ensure effective control processes are in place
• Collaborate with other internal and external departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to clients
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, compliance with health and safety regulations, and adherence to all legal requirements.
• Track operational performance and provide regular recommendations to management
• dentify and resolve any operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics/operations management
• In-depth understanding of logistics operations, inventory management, warehouse systems and end-to-end supply chain processes
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines
• Proven ability to lead, manage and develop a team with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyse operational data, identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve performance
• Takes ownership, an inventive problem-solver, and maintain a high level of accountability
