• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines while using the forklift and handling materials.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic checks and maintenance on the forklift to ensure it remains in good working condition.
• Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure the efficient flow of materials and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in similar position, handling forklift
• Valid forklift license
• Minimum GCE 'O' levels
• Proficient in SAP / WMS
• Singaporeans only

Responsibilities

• Responsible for independently implementing standardized operations according to SOP and 6S standards, and guiding subordinates to complete orders on time to ensure delivery of orders;
• Responsible for dealing with problems in the delivery process, proactively reporting and timely obtaining solutions in case of problems that cannot be solved independently to ensure the timely flow of orders;
• Responsible for completing all kinds of orders in and out of the warehouse and delivery work on time, familiar with all kinds of operation requirements, and regularly summarize and classify the delivery situation, abnormal orders and other data, and timely feedback;
• Responsible for following up the progress of maintenance orders, sorting out and filing and handing over documents, and organizing inventory counting;
• Responsible for the daily work system optimization requirements, solve abnormal problems, optimize work efficiency;
• Responsible for 6S management on site and assist the person in charge.

Qualifications

• NITEC or above, logistics/supply chain management is preferred
• Familiar with the operation process of warehouse entry and exit and basic computer operation
• Open to candidates with no experience
