Identify competency of engineers and officers during the visits. Prepare Inspection reports capturing the status of the vessel after the visit.

· Carry out technical interviews / evaluations for all engineers in the fleet ensuring the right quality and experience. • Min 1 years of experience in handling Airfreight and/ or Ocean freight.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin language, to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
• Excellent knowledge of logistics, including import, export, and cross-trade.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Prepare bank deposits.
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases.

• Maintain digital and physical financial records.
• Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
• Review and file payroll documents.
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Competency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
