Manage operational and contractual relationship with the Logistic Service Provider in charge of operating the logistic hub ; he/she will be in charge of managing the contract awarded to the Logistic Service Provider (contract authority, contract reviews, performance follow-up, invoicing and payment follow-up, claim management, contract change management, Customer’s feedback loop, continuous improvement, etc.).
Interface with regional Customer's Front Office organisations in the region ;
Build business relationship with Airbus Helicopters (AH) Logistics Operation stakeholders based in Europe ;
Implement and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal stakeholders ;
Contribute to the definition of the Material Support strategy for the region (including Component repair and overhaul regional capabilities) and its implementation.
