• Lead improvement initiatives and root cause analysis with Warehouse teams and other stakeholders
• Deploy LEAN / Airbus Operating System (AOS) initiatives in the Logistics Organization and foster a continuous improvement mindset
• Lead Logistics efficiency initiatives to improve productivity and develop a Workload driver model for our shopfloor population to forecast Headcount demand and deploy it at global level
• Support global Risk and Opportunity Management covering all Satair global Warehouse sites and feed Satair Operations R&O Register

Secondary Responsibilities

• Contribute to Logistics Transformation Projects
• Actively collaborate and contribute to the global AOS and Data and performance communities at Satair Level.
• Contribute towards AOS Maturity Assessments.
• Contribute to an End 2 End Logistics process review to ensure operational excellence.
• Support budget reviews aligned with the company financial process

Job Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in a supply chain and logistics environment
• Excellent English skills (both verbal and written)
• Knowledge and experience in data analytics, data visualization, automation and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of Business Intelligence & IT systems
• AOS knowledge specifically : Quality, Lean Fundamentals and Performance Management
• Experience in Project Management
• Can do attitude and proactiveness
• Stakeholders Management skills across functions - ability to establish sustainable stakeholders networks and develop a positive and long-term relationship

Purchasing:

• Obtain quotes to various vendors upon receipt of Request for Quotation.
• Closely follow-up and ensure timely receipt of quotations.
• Extensively source required products / services in the most economical way.
• Prepare and evaluate bid tabulation for recommendation on the best quotation option.
• Timely placement of orders to avoid delays in material deliverables.
• Monitor and expedite delivery as and when required.
• Data Entry for billing to related Takagi Ramen/ Takagi Food/ Daichi Kitchen

Logistic:

• Operate vehicle safely and efficiently, ensuring that all stock are transported to their destination on time.
• Responsible for smooth logistics activity, warehousing transportation, and shipping by closely communicate with internal and external parties. Deliver stock from warehouse to outlets
• Warehouse duties such as unloading goods from containers & arranging them
• Inventory Management (Receiving, checking, ordering and counting of stocks from suppliers), ensure warehouse is arranged in an orderly manner
• Operate Pallet Jack and Pallet Stacker to keep warehouse neat and tidy
• Assist Driver to unload goods to the outlets.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety for the warehouse area
• Liaise with freight forwarder and handing import shipment documents
• In charge of financial month end & year end physical stocks take listing
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

• Design, develop, and implement methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse data sources, providing actionable insights and solutions for management.
• Develop and code software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from various sources.
• Collaborate with business experts to enrich data and uncover meaningful insights for building actionable solutions.
• Automate repetitive data tasks to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
• Create data visualizations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Support the Global IFF Business Control team with task and project handling requirements.
• Provide assistance with administrative matters and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department as needed.
