   • Allocate and oversee driver resources for all clients’ projects on a daily basis and other required duties as requested by management or clients.
   • Supervise and provide guidance and support to all manpower resources, ensuring optimal performance.
   • Monitor staff productivity and resolve any issues related to team performance or coordination.
   • Ensure staff is adequately trained, compliant with safety regulations and operational procedures and properly attired (with PPE) at all clients’ locations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:

1. Inventory Management

• Managing store inventory and supply chain operations.
• Ensuring effcient storage anddistribution of good.

2. Logistics Coordination

• Plan and oversee all logistics operations (including driver job duty).
• Daily activities in the store.
• Handle ddocumention.
• Ensure timely deliveries and manage relationships with clients.

3. Safety Compliance

• Ensure that all store and activities complu with health and safety regulation.

4. Duty of Adhoc Supervisor

• Prepare documention (Work Order).
• Contact customers to confirm job schedules.
• Preparation material and toolls for Adhoc tasks.
• Ferry of hygienist to job site.
• Assisting with cleaning duties as a member of the team.
• Ensure that the Adhoc tasks are completed and subsequently hand over.
