Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (required).
• Professional Certification such as CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent is preferred.

Experience

• At least 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience overseeing financial operations across multiple countries in Southeast Asia (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia).
• Experience in managing GST submissions, corporate tax filings, treasury, cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, and internal controls.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, and managing audits.
• Demonstrated experience with financial systems management (e.g., ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Southeast Asia tax laws and local accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop finance teams.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, financial modeling, and analysis).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero) and financial technologies to automate and streamline processes.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (required); proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Do housekeeping of classrooms, toilets and pantry (Vacuum & Mop)

Clear rubbishes

Cleans shelves, toys, children’s mattresses and playing areas

Cleans the floor after breakfast, before the children’s nap time, after lunch and after tea time

Serve simple meals

Clear bowls & cups from classrooms.

May assist in showering the children / change diaper if needed

Carries out any other tasks assigned by the Principal from time to time

High tolerance level ,cheerful and helpful towards staff and children is an advantage
