· Load, unload, transport and stack cargoes in/out of warehouse/designated storage area, or on/off vehicles by operating forklift truck or any other warehouse materials handling equipment.

· To follow and comply with all safety procedures and guidelines in the warehouse and storage areas when operating forklift trucks or any other warehouse equipment.

The ASRS Operation Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, and supporting system upgrades and modifications to meet operational requirements. Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipments with transportation providers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics partners to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to secure timely deliveries and achieve operational KPIs.
• Provide regular status updates on domestic and international shipments to support internal teams and external customers.
• Collaborate with finance, business partners, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers for accurate shipment arrangements, documentation, cargo release, and final deliveries.
• Work closely with freight and ocean forwarders to schedule shipments, track status, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collect, analyze, and report logistics data; collaborate with stakeholders to improve metrics and KPIs for efficient logistics management.
• Conduct monthly analyses of shipping data and present findings to management for informed decision-making.
• Perform trend analysis to identify needed corrective actions and drive implementation of improvements based on findings.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing daily logistics operations.
• Manage the freight bidding process by preparing RFQs, analyzing bids from carriers/providers, negotiating rates, and selecting cost-effective transportation solutions.
• Lead logistics project activities through Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives to achieve organizational goals in collaboration with logistics project teams.
• Facilitate collaborative logistics activities by coordinating meetings among regional factories to promote information sharing, process improvement, and innovation.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in logistics practices across factory locations in Asia while encouraging creativity.
• Ensure accuracy of product HS Codes and tariff descriptions by referencing Japan's HS codes; collaborate with Sales and Regional management for updates or changes.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements related to shipping practices.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Min 2-3 years in logistics or supply chain, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of DX/BPR/RPA Systems will be an added advantage
• Understanding of Regulatory Requirements: Knowledge of customs regulations, shipping laws, and compliance standards relevant to logistics.

Requirements

- COC Class II or I

- Minimum 3 years of experience on board

as Chief Officer on Oil / Chemical Tanker.

- Good leadership, teamwork,

management and communication skills

- Must be willing to follow Company

planned working schedule on board vessel

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pick and pack of goods
• Loading and unloading from container and loose shipment.
• Segregation of stock base on item and put away
• Pick the order by using RDT scanner and scan pack through WMS system
• Report any product damages, take photos and document, move to designated stocking location
• To support general warehouse operations
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum Primary/Secondary School/O Level
• Physically fit and able to carry up to 25kg from time to time
• Good initiative, responsible and can-do working attitude
• Experienced in operating Forklifts, Reach Trucks, and Order Pickers
• Able to handle chemical items safely
