Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing three sites with a workforce ranging from150 to 180 employees.
• Provide strategic leadership and directions to manage daily warehouse operations.
• Enforce process compliance and ensure operations meet and achieve customer’s expectations and KPIs.
• Accountable for the P&L performance for the responsible programs in scope, managing expenditures within defined budgets.
• Defining operational requirements and implementing new strategies, technologies, and initiatives to enhance overall performance.

• Enforce security and work safety measures and controls in the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a managerial position in 3PLWarehouse operations.
• Experience in warehouse management & manpower management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environments
• Ability to motivate & manage a dynamic service-oriented organization.
• Ability to use the technical skill, process discipline to build & develop service deliverables & capabilities.
