Responsibilities

• Responsible for the inbound receiving, physical put away and System receiving.

• Perform cycle count, Outbound orders picking, packing and releasing.

• Coordinate inventory transfers within the warehouse.

• Perform online courier bookings. Liaise with forwarders using email communication for bookings.

• Overall warehouse housekeeping and adhoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor

• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties

Requirements:

1. Position Description

Reporting to the Assistant/Operations Manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for keeping track of incoming and outgoing inventory in the ERP/WMS system tallies with physical stocks. To coordinate, monitor and update the movements for the incoming, storage and outgoing of inventory (virtual & physical stocks). And general administration duty in the Operations Department.

Specifically, this role exists to:

1. Monitoring inventory in the ERP/WMS systems
2. Monitor inbound shipments & coordinate the trucking in/out with shipping agents/transporter
3. Perform physical inventory receiving & transfers verifications and entry in the ERP/WMS systems
4. Coordinate the transfers, receiving, issuing and returns of inventory between Frosts’ warehouses and intercompany departments, 3rd Party Logistics/Warehouses
5. Ensure the proper upkeep of related documentation and filing, including the posting of inventory transactions into the ERP/WMS systems
6. Generation of picking list, packing list and invoices
7. General administrative duties include but not limited to checking of outgoing and returning invoices, delivery orders, goods receive/return notes, to ensure documents are updated into the company systems, attending to self-collection customers
8. Other assignments that may be required by Manager.

2. Min. 1 to 2 years of experience in related field, preferably F&B Operational related role.

Requirement:

• Degree in related field
• Relevant experience in contract logistics especially semiconductor accounts; internal candidates with relavant semiconductor warehousing experience is welcomed
