• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of supplies to vessels.
• Maintain updated purchasing records/data and pricing using the ERP software.
• To process invoices in the system and if necessary, to follow up with accounts to ensure payment in timely manner in accordance with procedures.
• Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
• Assist and participate in any other technical task as required in the office, mainly filing and up keep of technical reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in similar job.
• Result oriented individual.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organized & attentive to detail.

• Provide efficient delivery services to retail outlets, commercial establishments, residential locations, and industrial areas (clustered destinations).
• Pick, pack, load, and unload goods onto pallets with accurate handling.
