Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
· Tracking and submission of documentation related to material movement (P.O / D.O).
· Update reports on inventory and highlight any discrepancies.
· Verify purchases and storage of inventory.
· Facilitate enquiries with regards to office, equipment and inventory.
· Allocate and direct manpower according to fleet schedule.
· Submission and approval of personnel for clearance matters.
· Generation and verification of temporary passes.
· Ensure timely and accurate submissions of various documents.
· Any other ad-hoc tasks as instructed by Logistics Manager.
Qualifications
· Candidates possess at least a Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Construction management/ Transportations or equivalent.
· At least 2 years of fleet management or transportation management experiences, preferably from construction/civil engineering industry.
· Team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
· Analytical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
· Ability to manage fast paced and time sensitive environments.
· Forward-thinking skills, with implementations that will allow the company to excel in the digital age.
