As a Senior Engineer, Facilities you are tasked to drive site sustainability goals and improvement program at Tuas. In this role, a typical day will include:

Responsibilities

• Teamwork with functions like Facilities, Environment Health & Safety, Operation etc. to review and update site energy and water improvement roadmap and plans.
• Tracking and monitoring of energy and water performance trending and distribution.
• Work with vendors and contractors to identify potential opportunities for energy and water efficiency improvement to deliver KPI.
• Exploring latest technologies & innovations in sustainability and work with contractors for implementation.
• Yearly submission of ECA (Energy Conservation Act) and WEMP (Water Efficiency Management Plan).
• Planning towards certification for ISO 50001 Energy Management System
• 5 working days i.e. Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

What You'll Bring to Alcon

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Engineering or related field of studies.
• SCEM (Singapore Certified Energy Manager) certification
• 2-3 years relevant experience in leading sustainability and knowledge of ACMV/HVAC, Compressors, Building Management / Automation System.
• Project management skill
• Computer skills in MS Office i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Team player and able to work well in a team setting to achieve goals.

• Perform full spectrum of HR and administrative support.
• Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellation of foreign workers and process claims of government grants such as maternity leave and childcare leave applications.
• Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports.
• Review, enhance and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of HR and admin experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry.

HR & Admin Executive

· Salary: S$2800- S$3,000 + 13 months’ salary (AWS)

Responsibilities:

Office Management

· Courier arrangements, answering phone calls and assisting bosses with ad hoc admin support

· Filing and documentation

· Coordinate related arrangements for company events.

· General administrative duties include maintaining office equipment and handling general services.

· Procurement of office supplies for the operation’s needs.

· Booking travel and accommodations for staff or executives when necessary

Human Resources

· Assist in payroll activities for key markets in the Philippines, Korea, Taiwan, Canada, Mexico, and the US, including support verification of payroll-related processes and ensuring data accuracy and completeness (job training will be provided).

· Coordination with payroll vendors where required for various counties to ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations and payments.

· Monitor employee eligibility for benefits plans. Review benefits with employees and process enrolment, cancellation, or changes.

· Support and execute HR activities, including handling HR-related inquiries and employee life cycle management in recruitment, the onboarding process, data input and maintenance, training coordination, offboarding transition, and providing general HR administrative assistance.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· 2-3 years of experience in human resources management or payroll services.

· A diploma or BA in human resources or administration.

· Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

· Proficiency in Chinese and English language communication, including written and verbal communication with staff and vendors.

• Overall, in-charge of growing the business by managing key accounts, marketing, and selling both broad-based and niche logistics services.
• Analyse customer needs and assisting in implementing solutions.
• Acquiring requirements from internal and external stakeholders, planning and implementing logistics projects, in the process liaise and manage contractors and vendors, ensuring the project lifecycle is followed through and performed in accordance with project requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• A least 2 years of sales and business development experience.
