Job Description:

Transport Management:

• Coordinate transportation logistics for inbound travelers, including airport transfers and tour vehicles.
• Ensure timely and efficient transportation services for clients.

Supplier Relations:

• Collaborate with transportation providers and suppliers to negotiate contracts and rates.
• Monitor the performance of suppliers and maintain strong relationships.

Inventory Control:

• Manage and maintain an inventory of vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure the availability of vehicles and resources for scheduled operations.

Quality Assurance:

• Oversee the quality and safety standards of transportation services.
• Implement and enforce operational protocols and safety measures.

Logistics Planning:

• Plan and execute logistics for tours and travel itineraries.
• Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and lead a team of transport and logistics personnel.
• Delegate tasks, set goals, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Produce and present to Management a monthly result.

• Identify and prospect potential clients within the logistics sector.
• Foster and sustain relationships with current clients to guarantee their contentment and loyalty.
• Create and present persuasive sales pitches to potential clients.

Requirements:
