Responsibilities :

- Be responsible for SEA logistics solution design, both short-term and long-term. Regarding different stages of e-commerce development and different categories, work with cross functional teams to identify pain points, design the optimal solutions and optimize processes, procedures and system to gain better performance for platform, merchants, consumers, creators, institutions and ecology.

- Solutions including but not limited to 3PL management operation efficiency improvement, seller shipping experience improvement and logistics network optimization for local and cross-border last mile businesses.

- Coordinate with internal and external teams, resources and channels, ensure the designed solution is launched with high quality and rollout as planned.

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of working experience in e-commerce logistics. System or process building from scratch is a bonus.

- E-commerce thinking, customer-oriented, spirit of exploration, strong sense of responsibility, strong data analysis skill and project management skill, and rich experience in cross functional communication and coordination

Responsibilities :

- According to business needs, based on the group procurement system, build the entire TT e-commerce service provider , quality inspection, warehousing, distribution service provider procurement via bidding system;

- Build a service provider sourcing system for warehousing, distribution, quality inspection, equipment and consumables, integrate high-quality resources in the industry, and formulate access/quasi-exit mechanisms, assessment optimization mechanisms, SOP/KPI and other systems;

- Establish a management system for each service provider, cooperate with upstream and downstream departments, and improve the service quality indicators of service providers through data and other operation methods;

- Manage the procurement via bidding process, and be responsible for the business analysis, negotiation and contract negotiation of the procurement via bidding project;

- Cooperate with the internal audit compliance department to optimize the procurement via bidding process, and empower business to achieve fast procurement via bidding, reduce costs and improve efficiency;

- Have the ability to write bids and sort out contracts, be able to sort out bids and contracts independently, and have certain basic financial knowledge.

Proficient in cross-border trade laws and policies in the country, responsible for following up the policy changes of the legislative departments of the country and relevant regulatory departments such as customs, taxation, and the Ministry of International Trade, and providing guidance and decision-making reference for the company's business development and operation;

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years of relevant experience in procurement via bidding and management of warehouse, distribution and quality inspection service providers in e-commerce platform enterprises;

- Have a deep understanding of e-commerce procurement via bidding, have rich domestic and high-quality storage, distribution, quality inspection, equipment and consumables service provider resources, and have excellent negotiation skills;

- Have excellent experience in building procurement via bidding system, as well as a business sense of full compliance process and link control to ensure full link standardization and compliance; - Profound project management experience and problem solving ability, highly sensitive to data, able to quickly respond to various procurement via bidding requirements;

- Have excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, strong language and writing skills; have certain resource integration ability and business promotion ability;

- Good team cooperation, independent handling of affairs and cross-departmental project cooperation ability.
