The Successful Candidate

• Diploma & Above

• 3-5 years of warehouse experience

• Preferably in logistics related field, 3PL is preferred

• Possess forklift license is a bonus

• Ability to speak well confidently and build rapport with customers

• Good MS Excel skills

• Strong mentality and interpersonal skills

5.5 day week Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturday off)

Transport provided to & from Yew Tee MRT station

Full set of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets Schedules)

Monthly management reports (Profit & Loss / Balance Sheet)

Liaise with auditors on yearly audit

Handling physical goods receiving, issue, packing, dispatching and fulfill delivery schedules, conduct physical stock check, maintain high standard of cleaniness. Provide support on duties relating to logistics and inventory management. Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials, while ensuring efficient coordination amongst the staff. Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible to lead and manage a team of logistics employees
• Key Personnel to ensure smooth warehouse operations, complying with laws and external/internal rules
• Uphold regulations on customs compliance and export control
• Be the key SAP User for logistics and to guide other team members in utilising it efficiently / effectively
• Export and Import Processes & Customs Processes
• Ensure accuracy and quality of delivery in a timely manner and prompt solutions to any delivery incident
• Handle and responsible for quarterly / annual stock take
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, security and space planning of warehouse
• Guide and lead junior team members

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management or any other related field
• At least 5 years or more of experience in Distribution Centre and Logistics Management & Logistics / Customer Service industry / exposure
• Strong knowledge in Supply Chain Management (Warehouse and Transportation)
• Strongly Proficient in the various Customs Rules and Regulations

Must have experience in Air or Sea Freight operations. Able to work in Mandai Estate and preferably staying in nearby area. Must be able to work as a Team and Multi Task with other Logistic operations - cross training will be provided.

Possess good disposition and communicate well at all levels.

Hard working, resourceful with positive attitude - candidate Must be able to commence work in short notice.
