1. Building Maintenance & Repairs

• Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Conducting routine checks on HVAC, lighting, and elevator systems
• Ensuring building safety by fixing structural issues like leaks, cracks, or broken fixtures

2. Preventive Maintenance

• Scheduling and performing regular maintenance to prevent breakdowns
• Monitoring energy efficiency and suggesting improvements
• Follow contractor for fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and emergency lighting testing

3. Troubleshooting & Emergency Repairs

• Responding to building system failures or breakdowns
• Diagnosing technical issues and repairing faulty equipment
• Coordinating with contractors for major repairs if needed

4. Tenant & Facility Support

• Assisting tenants with maintenance requests
• Managing facility operations, such as parking, water supply, and security systems
• Coordinating with property managers and vendors for building improvements

5. Inventory & Equipment Management

• Keeping track of tools, spare parts, and equipment
• Ordering supplies needed for repairs and maintenance

6. Record-keeping & reporting

• Documenting maintenance activities and repairs for auditing and compliance
• Managing service logs, inspection reports, and inventory records
• Coordinating with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to identify and hunt for new regional contract logistics (warehousing) business opportunities
• Achieve sales targets set by Department Head
• Ad-hoc duties assigned when required

• At least 4 years of working experience in sales, must be from 3PL logistics with regional exposure
• Advantageous if have strong network and ready customers to bring in

Responsibilities:

• Operate a heavy-duty forklift to shift FCL and loose/out-of-gauge cargo
• Load and unload cargo onto lowbed trailers safely and efficiently
• Perform daily forklift checks and ensure equipment is in good condition
• Adhere to safety guidelines during yard operations

Requirements:

• Possess Heavy Forklift certification
• Preferably with 1 year experience in handling container lifting equipment such as Kalmar, Fantuzzi, Sani etc.
• Willing to work 6 days’ work week in Jurong Island
