Specific Job Role/ Scope:

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Performing E-CR role - such as collection arrangement, flight booking, EVI creation, permit declaration, troubleshooting of issues, create and submit RFQ to account holder
• Performing E-Ops role - such as execution of airfreight documents and sending pre-alerts, ensure compliance with airline/ terminal/ customer/OA / Destination customs
• Customers engagement through BDs
• DG enquiries from internal/ external stakeholders
• Engagement with DG vendors & transport
• Engagement with carriers/ terminal for DG cargo acceptance/ rejection
• Identifying carriers DG regulation
• Airline rates through pricing team
• Monitoring DG acceptance
• Administrative functions for LSP DG recovery invoice (SOA)
• Execute export shipments (consol/ direct)
• Scan pre-alert to oversea agent/ AWB to direct shipper
• Handle night phone enquires if necessary
• Follow up with email correspondence from internal/ external stakeholders
• Compliance with shipment requirements

Additional Tasks Assigned (if any) :

• Sharing of shipment discrepancies with suggestion/ improvement
• Perform STM trucking functions
• Perform weekends/ PHs when required

• Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30AM – 5.30PM
• Salary Package: Up to $3,600 + Transport Allowance + AWS + Bonus (up to 4 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Logistics Supervisor/Officer/Section Manager.
• Drive the truck for delivery/unloading of finished goods and collect/loading empty containers at the customer site.
• Drive the truck for material transfers between the company premises and off-site warehouses.
• Ensure proper truck operation and safe, timely delivery of finished goods.
• Assist with delivery/unloading of finished goods and collection/loading of empty containers at/from customer sites.
• Manage traffic control and safety for incoming and outgoing vehicles during shipments and deliveries.
• Maintain proper housekeeping in the warehouse vicinity.
• Assist with warehouse duties when assigned, including:
• • Preparing goods for shipment, including label scanning.
• • Loading/unloading goods from containers.
• • Storing goods on the racking system.
• Drive Prime Mover when possible.
• Adhere strictly to EHS and QMS procedures in all activities.
• Perform any other tasks as instructed by the superior.

• Possess Class 4 Driving License.
• Forklift License preferred
• Preferably with HAZMAT license
