2. Data Entry: Perform basic data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and track inventory and order status.
3. Customer Communication: Respond to email inquiries from customers promptly and professionally, providing updates on order status and addressing any concerns or questions.
4. Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
5. Shipping Documentation: Assist with the preparation of shipping documents, including packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
6. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management tasks, such as stock replenishment and cycle counting.
7. Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the supply chain.
8. Team Support: Support other members of the logistics team as needed, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
9. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety and compliance regulations, to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
10. Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the supply chain and logistics department.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer skills required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
• Comfortable with working at night

-Verifying, loading & unloading frozen food and seafood being delivered to customers. -responsible for timely delivery of goods to our designated locations in a safe and timely manner able to read and understand simple English or Chinese (for communication with Customers/colleagues, reading INV/ tallying goods with INV )-Require Class 3 & above Driving License -Motivated Individual able to work as a team. Working hours: Monday to Saturday 8:30 am to 6:30 pm
