As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually engaging and impactful designs that promote our company and support internal and external communication. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Promotional Materials: Design brochures, posters, and digital content to showcase our services and attract potential clients.
• Client & Internal Presentations: Develop visually compelling presentations and reports for client meetings and internal communications.
• Safety Visuals: Create clear and effective visual materials related to safety procedures, emergency response guidelines, and other critical information for display on ships and in offices.
• Safety Messaging: Design posters, infographics, and signage to convey important safety messages in a concise and visually appealing manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and safety departments to ensure all designs comply with safety protocols and regulations.
• Training Materials: Design engaging training materials, including content for crew members and office staff on ship operations, safety procedures, and emerging technologies.
• Employee Development Support: Collaborate with HR or HSSQE departments to create manuals, eLearning content, and visual aids that support employee development and compliance.
• Website Design & Maintenance: Oversee the design and upkeep of the company’s website, ensuring it is visually attractive, user-friendly, and consistent with brand strategies.
• Branding Consistency: Ensure that all visual content and the company's online presence reflect our values, services, and professional image in the global shipping market.

Job requirements :

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, preferably in the maritime, safety, or corporate sector.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to create clear, impactful visuals.
• Experience in web design and maintenance if preferable.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and experience designing safety-related content is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experienced in using the Finshare Platform (by Premium Technology).
• Familiar with enterprise application support environments, interacting with developers, infrastructure teams, service desks, and business users.
• Proficient in scripting languages like DOS and Shell Scripting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
