The Executive provides operational support for the Radio's traffic news thru insertion by managing the Zetta playlist. About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

- Receive, store, and manage stock accurately.

- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain updated records.

Order Fulfillment:

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders based on customer specifications.

- Ensure all orders meet quality and accuracy standards.

Goods Handling:

- Safely handle and move goods within the warehouse using proper techniques.

- Prevent damage or injury through adherence to safety protocols.

Shipping and Receiving:

- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.

- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.

Quality Control:

- Inspect goods for damage or defects and report issues promptly.

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Documentation:

- Keep accurate records of all inventory transactions, including inbound and outbound shipments.

Safety Compliance:

- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Skills and Requirements

• Educational Level: Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and handle goods weighing 10-20kg safely.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy for inventory and stock management.
• Other Skills: Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and effective time management.

** Preferably have driving license (job duties require delivery of goods).

Working time

• 5.5 working days (Monday to Friday: working hours 8:00am - 5:30pm; Saturday: 10:00am - 2:00pm)
• lunch time: one hour

Job Scope

• Procures materials components, equipment, supplies and services necessary for the operation of the company.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor goods and services to meet the production requirements of the company employing such techniques but not limited to JIT, Kanban, Blanket POs, and Reschedules.
• Check requisitions and MRP requirements, contact and evaluate sources, examine bids and makes awards.
• Set-up and maintain material, supplier, and planning system data in the MRP/ERP system.
• Exercise a good working knowledge of goods, services, and sources of supply to make purchases at prices consistent with quality and quantity requirements.
• Identify and evaluate sources of supply consistent with quality and quantity requirement of the company.
• Evaluates bids consistent with the total cost of ownership.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, lead-time, etc., with suppliers and partner.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Business/ Supply Chain or related fields or minimum 10 or more years of work experience in Supply Chain
• Experience with MRP / ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Visio and Project)
