Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide purchase order coordination work & supporting sales team
• Prepare & managing of purchase orders – sea & air shipments.
• Responsible for arranging and completing all documents for goods being imported from abroad.
• Updating stock status.
• Archives (filing, customs documents, etc).
• Other general admin duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Familiar with MS Excel, Word & basic Powerpoint
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin
• Preferably with at least one year of working experience in similar role

• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,000 + OT + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Class 3 driver with Singapore class 3 license and clear driving experiences.
• Adhere to company rules and follow all arrangements.
• Safely various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
• Assisting with the loading and offloading of materials.
• Perform data entry for stock and inventory.
• Support daily warehouse operations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
