• Report road incidents to the dispatcher.
• Follow traffic laws.
• Inspect trucks and record issues.
• Follow accident procedures.
• Keep an activities log and log hours.
• Report mechanical problems to maintenance personnel.
• Plan routes using GPS system.
• Get goods to the client on time.
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers.
• Keep commercial driver license up to date.

Truck Driver Requirements:

• Class A CDL or commercial driver license.
• Current TWIC card.
• Must pass drug and alcohol test.
• Must have clean driving record.
• Must provide current MVR.
• Must provide a medical certificate.
• High school diploma.

This is a freelance company driver position. The driver will be activated on ad-hoc basis typically during the weekends and/or public holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and timely chauffeuring services.
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments, eg, running errands, chauffeuring colleagues who needs company car to attend external engagements/ meetings, delivery of documents/ items etc.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the car by sending the car for timely routine inspection and ensuring that the car is always in good condition.

Requirements:

• Watchful and safety conscious with a good driving track record.
• Must have Class 3 license with minimum 5 years of relevant driving experience.
• Professional with a good attitude and pleasant personality
